Hi, I'm Xandra — I help small teams and solo founders make sense of their digital chaos without adding to it.
I've been working in tech long enough to watch really smart people get buried under productivity tools that were supposed to make their lives easier. I've seen beautiful documentation systems that nobody uses, and I've sat through demos for software that solves problems you didn't know you had (and probably don't).
What I actually do is pretty simple: I help people choose tools that work for humans, not the other way around. I'm the person you call when you're drowning in apps and subscriptions but still can't find that one document you need, or when your team's "communication platform" has somehow made communication harder.
Helping teams pick tools they'll actually use (spoiler: it's usually simpler than you think)
Creating documentation that people can find and understand
Teaching digital privacy basics to regular humans
Building systems that work even when everything else is falling apart
Translating tech-speak into plain language
Working with people who want their technology to be helpful rather than overwhelming. Sometimes writing about why most productivity advice assumes you live in a perfect world with unlimited time and perfect internet.
I'm not here to revolutionize your workflow or sell you the next big thing. I'm here to help you figure out what you actually need and ignore the rest. Sometimes the best solution is the boring one that just works.
